David Henderson has been involved in the social service sector since 2001. Prior to co-founding Idealistics, he co-founded a non-profit organization with Idealistics co-founder Michael Gechter, which provides case management and referral services to low-income and homeless families. At Idealistics, David is responsible for business development and community partnerships.

Vannesa Gareis maintains the Idealistics Community Resources database, ensuring the community resource information is always accurate and up-to-date. Vannesa has extensive experience working in social service agencies and school districts.

Mike Son is a software developer at Idealistics, designing and implementing web-solutions that help social services resolve community problems more efficiently. Mike is interested in artificial intelligence, especially multi-robot systems, human-robot interaction, machine learning, and multi-agent systems.
