The Case Management system is easy to use and logically organizes client data and notes. By keeping all client information in a single secure online database, your case managers will spend less time doing paperwork and more time doing the work that matters most to your agency.
Client files are logically organized in a format that allows you to keep data on individual clients separate, but also associate clients with each other. Since you design the questions and intakes, you can be sure the client files always contain the information you need to monitor performance and improve outcomes, including detailed case notes. As users update information about clients, the Case Management system keeps a log of every change so you can see clients’ progress over time.
The Case Management system integrates with the Idealistics Community Resources system. This system automatically makes suggestions for available social service resources in your community based on client needs, demographics, and eligibility. The Community Resources integration improves outcomes by linking clients to additional supportive services to resolve needs not met by your agency.
