The process of matching clients to services is done through an Idealistics technology called Referral Match. For example, if your Idealistics Community Resources system had listings for homeless shelters, instead of offering services seekers a generic listing of homeless shelters, for a woman with a dependent child who is a victim of domestic violence, the system would give her a specific referral for a battered women’s shelter.
